Hi, I'm Logan Steele, and as your personal and group trainer at Five Points Fitness, my goal is to help you get in shape! For me, the gym is more than just a place to get tired and sweat, but also a sanctuary of personal time, a getaway from life, and a quiet spot to focus on myself. Exercising isn’t only about losing weight, but finding a healthier and happier version of you! Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or simply move more easily in your own body, I would love to help you achieve whatever goals we set together.
